As Radian continues to grow within and across key service lines market areas, we are excited to announce important team member changes.
Robert Norris has been promoted to Director. Robert has been with Radian for 7 years, during which time he has supported and led projects across many of Radian’s key customers. His professional background gives him an overall understanding of our business objectives and goals and how to support Radian teams to achieve them. In his new role, his primary focus is on continued development of Radian’s Retail and Supplier client initiatives.
Kristin Caffey has been promoted to Director. Kristin has been instrumental in developing Radian’s Foodservice and Sysco business, growing an outstanding team in Houston and providing insight and expertise within the Foodservice domain. Kristin will continue to guide Radian’s Houston team and manage Foodservice-related business development activities.
Frank Baum has been promoted to Director. Frank has been with Radian for 8 years and brings forth over 35 years of Retail Grocery experience. More specifically, his depth of knowledge and experience in Meat allows him to provide both retailers and suppliers with valuable insights and guidance to grow their business . Frank leads Radian’s on-site team in Jacksonville providing planning, category management, analytics and VMI support to Southeastern Grocer’s Meat Department.
Marla Jamison has been promoted to Manager. Marla has taken a leadership role in consolidating and managing the data gathering activities for Radian’s Category Planners and leading our Technical Analysts. Marla also supports strategic categories and Radian’s key clients. As part of Marla’s new role, she will play a more active role in the recruiting, business development and overall team management activities.
Cy Stastny has been promoted to Category Planner. Cy’s technical expertise was key in the streamlining our current reporting processes as well as the development of a standardized scorecard. He has also expanded his category management and analytical expertise over the last year that enabled Radian suppliers partners to make more informed decisions to sustain growth. Cy will be focusing on key supplier categories.
